Powerhouse Protein Smoothie
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or choc)
- 1 tsp Good Sh*t Gut Powder
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 Tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 cup frozen berries
Blend and sip that post-workout glow.

Protein Pancakes With a Gut Twist
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- 1 tsp Good Sh*t Gut Powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Dash of cinnamon
Mash banana, mix it all up, cook on a non-stick pan.
Stack high, top with yoghurt + berries.
