1 cup kale or spinach

1/2 avocado

1 tsp Good Sh*t Gut Powder

1 cup coconut water

Squeeze of lime
Blend until velvety and smug.

Vegan Choc Chia Pudding

2 Tbsp chia seeds
-
1 tsp Good Sh*t Gut Powder

1 Tbsp cacao powder
-
1 cup almond or oat milk
-
1 tsp maple syrup
Mix, set in fridge overnight, top with berries. Dessert for breakfast.
Mango Lassi Glow-Up

1 cup frozen mango
-
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
-
1 tsp Good Sh*t Gut Powder

1/2 tsp turmeric + pinch black pepper

1/2 cup water or milk
-
Optional honey
Blend till creamy. Feels like a gut-hug in a glass.
Berry Good Sh*t Bowl

1 frozen banana
-
1/2 cup frozen berries
-
1 tsp Good Sh*t Gut Powder

2 Tbsp yoghurt (Greek or coconut)

Splash of milk
Blend thick, top with granola, fruit, coconut. Eat with pride.

Choco-Banana PB Bowl

1 Tbsp peanut butter

1/2 cup almond milk

Cinnamon
Top with banana slices, cacao nibs, more PB. No wrong answers.
